Refund Policy

Our return policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Slim Coffee Booster purchase. We offer a 30-calendar-day return policy from the date of receipt. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your order within 30 days.

Note: Pursuant to the principles of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers in EU member states are entitled to a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery. Our 30-day policy exceeds this minimum and applies globally.

Conditions for return

• The product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email or receipt).
• Returns of opened products are accepted only in the event of a quality or safety issue.

Non-returnable items

• Products that have been fully consumed.
• Products returned more than 30 days after receipt (except where required by applicable consumer law).
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.

How to initiate a return

1. Contact us at info@shoulderflexible.shop within 30 days of receipt, stating your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide a return address and instructions within 2 business days.
3. Ship the product back in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly sent.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned product. Depending on your bank, the refund may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
